WORKS?

Our KYC process is your identification by passport or ID card and address verification. The KYC ensures that we can be sure who we are dealing with - for your own complete protection!

ID OR PASSPORT

Please use a valid ID or Passport.

ID OR PASSPORT - PICTURE

Please take a picture of a valid ID or Passport on a black surface. Make sure the document is in focus and do not use flash. Be sure that the complete document is visible.

ID OR PASSPORT - UPLOAD

Go to the KYC page and upload the document in the first section.

ID - BACKSIDE

If you are using a passport to complete your KYC you can leave this Section 2 blank. If you are submitting your ID upload a picture of the back of it here. Make sure the ID is in focus and do not use flash. Be sure that the complete ID is visible.

PROOF OF ADDRESS

We accept documents from banks or energy providers that are no older than 3 months to confirm your address. Please submit this document in the JPG format. If you have a PDF document you can use an online converter. If you are taking a picture please make sure the document is in focus and do not use flash. Be sure that the complete document is visible and not creased.

SELFIE

Hold your ID or Passport next to your face and take a picture. Be sure that your fingers are not covering any important data. Use a background that is as dark as possible and make certain that both the document and your face are in focus. Upload this picture in the last section. Make sure the document is in focus and do not use flash. Be sure that the complete document and you are visible.

KYC - DONE

Our employees are now checking your application. If anything is missing we will notify you via email. All KYC that are not completed in 3 days will be reset. This process can take up to 3 days.

KYC - REJECTED

If you are rejected, please contact us at contact@inoga.finance to have your status reset. This process can take up to 3 days.
